Life can be very challenging at times. It even says in the Bible John 16:33 that we will all face tribulations, but to take heart because Jesus has overcome the world. I want to be a beacon of light for those who are in darkness. I am the author of “Set Free 2 Live: My Journey Through Postpartum Depression and Anxiety”. Not only did I go through postpartum, but I experienced depression, anxiety, and panic attacks later in life, and every time I was able to get through by the grace of God and a lot of counseling. I know that having someone come alongside you to help you through the process is life changing.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated from Liberty University in 2014. I have worked inpatient at Laurelwood Psychiatric Hospital for 8 years. I have also been working in private practice for over 4 years. I enjoy working with kids, adults, adolescents, veterans, and those struggling with substance use.
I am passionate about meeting people where they are and helping them get back to a life they are destined to live.
